Bra & Bloom — Return & Exchange Policy

At Bra & Bloom, we want every woman to feel comfortable and confident in her fit. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, deodorant/make-up, perfume or alterations cannot be accepted.


Bra & Bloom Fit Guarantee Exchanges (size)

If you’d like to swap for a different size, please contact customer support before sending anything back so we can reserve your preferred item and guide you through the process.

Fast exchange option: In many cases, we can dispatch your new size straight away — you simply cover the small shipping fee.
That means your replacement item is free of charge, you only pay for delivery.

Once a free resizing order has been issued, the order is considered completed.


How to Start a Return/Exchange

Email info@braandbloom.com with your order number and whether you prefer a return or exchange.

We’ll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
Please note: all returns are processed through our central fulfilment centre in China to ensure quality control and efficient handling.

Pack securely and ship with a trackable service. Please share the tracking number with us.

We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit. Using tracked shipping protects your refund or exchange.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (your bank/provider may take longer).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is covered by the customer, unless we made a mistake or the item is confirmed faulty.

For exchanges using the fast-exchange option, you only pay the shipping fee; the replacement item itself is free.


Faulty/Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or arrived damaged, please email info@braandbloom.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • a brief description, and

  • clear photos of the issue and packaging.

We’ll prioritise a replacement or resolve with a refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items without the original hygiene seal/tags, visibly worn items, or items returned outside the 20-day window are not eligible for return.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item or size, contact us within 7 days so we can correct it quickly at our expense.
